How is this different from your self-serve plans?

Self-serve = you configure and run. Managed = we configure and run. Same product, different ownership of the work.

Can I switch from Managed to self-serve later?

Yes. After the initial 6 months, you can transition to Professional or Growth tier and take over operations. We provide handover training.

What if my team wants to also access the system?

Standard. We provision team accounts as part of onboarding. You can collaborate within Dialogex while we handle optimization.

How long until results?

Realistic: 4-6 weeks to live deployment, 8-12 weeks to measurable ROI lift in lead conversion. We track and report monthly.

Do you offer one-time setup without monthly retainer?

No. Without ongoing optimization, AI sales agents drift. Setup-only deployments fail within 3 months on average.

What's the cancellation policy?

6-month minimum commitment. After that, monthly cancellation with 30-day notice. No early-termination fees beyond the 6-month period.
